Worship & Arts
The Worship & Arts Ministry integrates music, dance, mime, media, and production to enhance the worship experience and support the church’s mission.
Music Ministry:
Comprising five choirs—Children of Praise, Young Adult Choir, Gospel Choir, Chancel Choir and Mass Choir—along with the Men of the Bible and Women of Praise ensembles and a full band, the Music Ministry seeks to lead the congregation in reverent worship and uplifting praise. Each group ministers regularly, with all units participating in the Annual Choir Day.
Dance, Mime, and Praise & Worship:
The BUFC Youth and Adult Dance & Mime Teams, along with the Praise & Worship Team, contribute to worship through expressive and vocal leadership.
Media & Production Ministry:
The Media and Production Ministries provide essential audiovisual support, livestreaming, and technical expertise for weekly services and special events, ensuring the message of the Gospel is shared with excellence both in-house and online.

Fellowship/ Faith Groups
Fellowship • Accountability • Interaction • Training • Helping Others • Strengthening Marriages
Our small groups, including our dedicated Marriage Ministry, are designed to bring together likeminded believers for spiritual growth and kingdom impact. These groups provide Christ-centered fellowship, loving accountability, meaningful interaction, and practical training that strengthens both individual faith and family life.
Whether growing in discipleship, supporting one another, or building strong, God-honoring marriages, we come together to equip, encourage, and disciple one another so that we may serve others and advance the Kingdom of God in unity and purpose.

S.H.I.F.T (Youth and Young Adults)
Surrendered, Holy, Intentional Fellowship Together.
SHIFT exists to cultivate authentic connections and guide our youth in their spiritual growth. Through monthly gatherings, activities, and fellowship, we create a space where young people can grow in faith and support one another.

Service MinistriesAdults
Our Service Ministry teams are dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Through the work of our ushers, greeters, hospitality team, pastor’s aide, and building maintenance crew, we serve with excellence and compassion. Together, we work to have a welcoming and loving worship experience through strong teamwork and genuine care.

Missions & Evangelism
Our Mission Department and Evangelism Team labor together to serve our community with the love and compassion of Christ. Guided by our calling to care for those in need, we provide year-round support to the Veteran’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Veteran’s Shelter for Women, local homeless shelters, and families through the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Ministry. We remain prayerfully attentive and ready to respond whenever God opens a door to serve our neighbors.
Through our outreach efforts, we seek to embody the Gospel beyond the walls of the church. Partnering with community organizations, we host events throughout the year to meet practical needs, share the hope of Christ, and offer encouragement to those who may never enter a church building. In all we do, our desire is to reflect God’s love and bring His light to the lives of others.

Discipleship & Christian Education
Christian education is a foundational part of discipleship, grounded in the biblical mandate to *“study to show thyself approved unto God… rightly dividing the word of truth”* (2 Timothy 2:15). Through various ministries and learning opportunities, the church equips believers of all ages to grow in Scripture, deepen their faith, and walk confidently in their Christian journey.
Bible Study:
Weekly Bible Studies are held every Wednesday at 7 p.m., via Zoom meetings. These gatherings offer meaningful engagement with Scripture, fostering spiritual growth and community.
Sunday School/Remnant (Children’s Church)
The Sunday School Department serves as the primary source of Christian education within the church. Led by dedicated and passionate teachers, classes are available for all ages—from infancy to seasoned saints. The goal is to encourage spiritual development, expand biblical understanding, and provide tools for daily Christian living.
Vacation Bible School (VBS):
VBS is a vibrant, week-long program designed especially for children. Through interactive lessons, music, activities, and fellowship, VBS helps young learners explore biblical truths in a fun, memorable, and spiritually enriching environment. This ministry strengthens faith foundations and engages children in the love of Christ.
